Drinking more water could speed up weight loss, says study
According to the weight loss research conducted by Virginia Tech Researchers, people who take two glasses of water before their meal would lose more weight.

The researchers conducted this study on the obese people whose age ranges from 55 to 75. The research team divided these people into two different groups. Both the groups were asked to follow a low carb weight loss diet.
The first team was instructed to drink two glass of water before every meal, and the second team simply follows the given weight loss diet schedule.
After 3 months, the first team made a significant progress in their weight loss. They have lost 30% more weight than the second group.
People who continued this habit of drinking water before meals were able to make a significant progress in losing weight.
Brenda Davy, a senior study author has told drinking water is a simple strategy that could yield good results.
Remember, drinking water during your weight program could actually speedup your weight loss. So, don’t think that you can lose weight by simply drinking water!
