Lung cancer risk minimized with high B-vitamin levels
Smoking is the single major factor that contributes to the millions of lung cancer cases every day. But some smokers despite their chain smoking remain healthy and doesn’t get sick at all! A recent survey has showed that high levels of B-vitamin in body can drastically decreases the lung cancer risk.
Not just the lung cancer, but the cancer risk in any form can be minimized with B-vitamin. This study has been conducted on 400,000 people and declared high levels of amino acid and B-vitamin cuts the risk of cancer in humans.
But some health experts are not agreeing with this study, they feel taking B-vitamin is not the way to stay away from lung cancer. They said quitting smoking is the only way to cut the lung cancer risk.
Top cancer research centers think it needs more and more researches before they confirm B-vitamin as cancer stopper.
B-vitamin can be found in meat, fish and in nuts. A healthy diet always increases the levels of B-vitamins in the body.
