Weight loss can only be achieved with a proper diet. It doesn’t matter you go for a gym to burn fat quickly, or you opt for a weight loss surgery or you go with the weight loss pills, the ultimate factor that influences weight loss is indeed the diet.

Every year each American consumes as many as 156 pounds of sugar. This is the prime reason for obesity in US. The sugar we are talking here about is not the sugar you might be thinking. There a lot of forms for sugar, and it need not be sweeter in taste.

The sweet sodas, alcohol, confectionary, white flour and other wheat based food consist of higher amounts of sugar. Almost all junk foods carry high sugar content and not just the overweight, they pose many other health risks.

To lose weight fast, just avoid these types of foods.

Carbonated drinks: They contain high amount of sugar that adds a lot to your body weight. From one angle, yes, they serve as energy boosters. But the sweetener content in the carbonated drinks causes many troubles. If you are obese and if you are planning to lose weight, then stay away from them.

Wheat based and White flour foods: Again these foods are good for quick energy and of course they test better. But if you are on a weight loss mission, you need to avoid these as they contain very high contents of sugar that are turned into fat later.
