Weight loss with junk food!


Junk food is often associated with obesity and overweight. In fact junk food is a key factor for over weight in many individuals. Doctors often talk about avoiding junk food to lose weight, but a nutrition professor from Kansas State University has used nothing more than the junk food as powerful tool to lose weight!

Doritos, Oreos, Little Debbie Snacks are surely not the greatest of foods when comes to diet and nutrition, but the nutrition professor Mark Haub has lost 27 pounds in two months by including the above snacks in his diet.

The secret

With few snacks, few carrots and some celery in dinner, he continued to maintain his daily calorie intake just under 1800 cal per day.

He didn’t go through any addition physical activity. The controlled calorie intake has helped him to lose 27 lbs in just the two months.

Diet

He said he avoided the whole grains and fruits. Over the two months, he consumed about four vending machine foods a day, some milk, a protein shake every day. He told he added some raw carrots and a little celery to the dinner.
